FITIV's brand new dashboard feature allows you to more easily track and compare all of your health-related metrics. By reading and displaying the data you track from Apple Health it is easier than ever to see all of your health-related metrics and compare them at a glance.
To get your calories consumed (calorie intake) displayed by FITIV you must first use a third-party nutrition/food tracking app such as LoseIt or MyFitnessPal. Any app that writes your nutrition data to Apple Health can be used. Then simply allow that app to write data to Apple Health, which will be read and displayed by FITIV as it populates.
Similarly, any third-party sleep tracking apps that can write data to Apple Health will be readable by the FITIV app, and will populate the dashboard's sleep tracking section. By allowing FITIV to read your calorie intake from a third-party app you can also see your daily calorie deficit displayed by the app.
