FITIV supports the option to sync your data across multiple devices so that your workout data is always on demand and available for review. Because the iPad does not support Apple Health your workouts cannot be synced via Apple Health across devices, they can only be synced via FITIV's cloud storage associated with your FITIV account.
To sync your data across multiple devices please ensure that you are logged in with the same account credentials on every device you intend to use. To check your membership open FITIV>MORE>PROFILE and ensure that your PROFILE details are the same on both devices.
Because your workouts are synced via FITIV's cloud storage for your account, please also ensure that you have an active WIFIT or mobile data connection on both devices to ensure your workouts are able to sync.
