There is currently an issue with all fitness apps running on watchOS version 3.0.
Sometimes, users are unable to use the FORCE TOUCH / HARD PRESS functions of their fitness apps.
For MotiFIT users, this means that in certain cases, trying to use FORCE TOUCH to access the workout controls will not work properly.
Until the issue is resolved in watchOS, we recommend using the WORKOUT CONTROLS screen by swiping all the way to the right.
NOTE: If you try to use the FORCE TOUCH / HARD PRESS controls and the app seems frozen, you can press on the digital crown or side button to get out of MotiFIT and then re-open the app by using the app's icon.
