If your workouts are not syncing from your Apple Watch to your iPhone please first determine whether those workouts are visible in Apple Health.
Open the Health app on your iPhone and check to see if your workouts are visible in this app. If so, you can easily import those workouts into FITIV Pulse under WORKOUTS>(+)>IMPORT FROM APPLE HEALTH.
If your workouts are not visible in the Health app on your iPhone the issue is with the connection between the iPhone and Apple Watch. Please try the following possible solutions to reestablish the connection between devices:
1. Restart both the iPhone and Apple Watch.
2. Log out of your iCloud account and back in under SETTINGS>YOUR NAME>iCLOUD
3. Unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch to your iPhone, please ensure that you set up the Apple Watch as a new Watch instead of restoring the Apple Watch from backup.
