Your workout calendar is designed to give you a monthly overview of your workout days and workout intensity. To view your workout calendar tap STATS>CALENDAR in the iPhone app.
The icons displayed on the dashboard correspond to your first workout performed on any given day, and the color of the line beside the icon(s) represents the intensity achieved during that workout. This gives you an overview of the frequency and intensity of your workouts over the month.
To see the workouts associated with a specific day simply tap the icon displayed on that day.
When a specific day on the workout calendar contains multiple workouts up to two icons will be displayed. Additional workouts will be hidden behind an ellipsis (...)
