Your workout calendar is designed to give you a monthly overview of your workout days and workout intensity. To view your workout calendar tap the calendar button on the Dashboard.
The icons displayed on the dashboard correspond to your first workout performed on any given day, and the color of the icon represents the highest heart rate achieved during that workout. This gives you an overview of the frequency and intensity of your workouts over the month.
From the workout calendar you can also tap RANGE, then tap two dates to see the cumulative dashboard totals for the period of time between those dates.
