At the top of this view you will see the date and time of the workout followed by the workout type.
By tapping the +Tags button you can add tags that you can use to identify the workout later.
Beneath the +Tags button you can see your heart rate chart, which graphs your heart rate for the duration of your workout overlaid over your heart rate zones.
Tap a part of the heart rate chart to see its value as well as the timestamp for that data point.
You can also see your AVERAGE HEART RATE and MAXIMUM HEART RATE for this workout in the halos displayed below the chart.

Other workout metrics are displayed here including the AVERAGE METs value, total FITIV POINTS, DURATION, SPEED, BEST SPEED and DISTANCE.
You can also see a pie chart displaying the time spent in each of the heart rate zones as well as a percentage breakdown of time spent in each of the zones. There is also an elevation chart and speed chart displaying these values over time for GPS tracked workouts like RUNNING and CYCLING.
You can also see the GPS map of your workout if there is one available. In addition to seeing the routes you can tap the map to access additional mapping features including an overlay showing your HEART RATE over the course of your workout or an overlay showing your SPEED, as well as several mapping options.
