If you are having issues with your subscription to FITIV Pulse on iOS it can be helpful to check your subscriptions to ensure that this is not the source of the problem. All auto-renewing subscriptions are tied to an AppleID account and can be managed from the SETTINGS on your iPhone.
To manage your iOS subscriptions:
- On your iPhone's Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap your NAME, Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap on View Apple ID to ensure that you are properly signed in.
- If you tap on Subscriptions, you can manage all your current subscriptions.
To validate your FITIV Pulse subscription:
- On your iPhone's Home screen, tap FITIV Pulse.
- Tap on MORE at the bottom.
- Tap on Subscription.
- If you subscription is not active, tap on RESTORE PURCHASE.
