I am recording my workouts with an Apple Watch
If you are using the app on an Apple Watch but your completed workouts are not appearing in Apple Health after being saved the issue is most likely with the sync between the Apple Watch and iPhone. Please try the following:
- Restart both the Apple Watch and iPhone to help trigger a sync between devices
- Open the HEALTH app on both devices
- Re-pair the Apple Watch to the iPhone to fix any persistent syncing issues
I am recording your workouts with a Bluetooth (BLE) heart rate monitor
If you are recording your workouts with a Bluetooth (BLE) heart rate monitor there are a few possible reasons for your workouts to not be syncing to Apple Health. Please try the following:
- Ensure that you have APPLE HEALTH + ACTIVITY SHARING enabled in the MORE settings
- Ensure that the workout is listed in the WORKOUTS section of the app
- Try manually exporting the workout by tapping the export button inside the workout you would like to export, then tapping APPLE HEALTH
