Are you working out and noticing that your workouts aren't earning any Points? There are a few reasons this may be happening:
Are your workouts intense enough?
Points are only calculated for workouts that are above 3.0 METs, meaning that if your workouts are low-intensity they will not be awarded Points. Slow walks, stretching, and lower intensity yoga workouts are not intense enough to earn FITIV Points. Ensure that the average METs value of your workouts is above 3.0 to resolve this issue.
Are your workouts showing up in the app?
If you are tracking your workouts with another fitness app then you must sync your workouts into the app. If your workouts are not available in the WORKOUTS section of the app then Points will not be calculated and awarded.
Similarly, if your workouts aren't tracked as a workout then you will not earn points for your activity. Your all-day activity does not count toward Points, as Points are intended to only represent additional workout activity.
