On August 1, 2019 we will no longer be supporting cloud backup for MotiFIT workout histories and account details.
This change will not affect anyone using FITIV Pulse, FITIV Run or FITIV Ride on iOS or Android. This only impacts users who are still using the legacy MotiFIT app.
All MotiFIT users on both iOS and Android can transfer their workout histories and memberships to the updated FITIV Pulse apps for free until this date.

What does this mean?
Users who are unable to update to FITIV Pulse on Android or iOS due to hardware requirements will still be able to use the MotiFIT apps after August 1st, 2019. This will only affect cloud storage and backup, not the local version of the app on your device.
We recommend that users on iOS use Apple Health integration through the MotiFIT app to back up their workout data. This prevents any possible data loss. Users of MotiFIT on Android can export their workouts as a CSV file by tapping SETTINGS>EXPORT WORKOUTS.
If you have any questions about this transition please email support@fitiv.com so that we can address your concerns.
