Installing the App - Phone
- Open the Google Play store app on your phone
- Search for FITIV Pulse
- Tap Install
- Open the FITIV Pulse app on your phone and follow the onboarding process
Note: Depending your version of Android, the FITIV Pulse WearOS Smartwatch app may be installed from the "Available on more devices" section.
Installing the Wear OS Smartwatch App
Galaxy Watch 4
- Open the Google Play app on your watch
- Search for FITIV Pulse or Tap on "Apps on phone" to install the app on your smartwatch
- Run the FITIV Pulse app on your Galaxy Watch 4 to complete the setup process
Wear OS Smartwatch (Ticwatch, Fossil, etc.)
- Open the Google Play app on your watch
- Search for FITIV Pulse or Tap on "Apps on phone" to install the app on your smartwatch
- Run the FITIV Pulse app on your Galaxy Watch 4 to complete the setup process
Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble getting FITIV Pulse app on your smartwatch to sync your workouts data to app on your phone, the first thing to do is ensure that your smartwatch and phone are properly connected.
Please ensure that your phone's Google Play Services are ENABLED and up to date:
- Open your phone's settings
- Search for Google Play Services
- Open Google Play Services
- Ensure that you are running the latest version of Android available for your phone and that all updates have been installed.
Galaxy Watch 4: Open the Samsung Wearables app and ensure that your phone is properly connected to your smartwatch.
Wear OS Smartwatch (Ticwatch, Fossil, etc.): Open the Google Wear OS app and ensure that your phone is properly connected to your smartwatch.
Android: Ensure that your Android OS is up-to-date, running outdated versions of the Android operating system may lead to issues.
